I pulled a 66 Bandmaster out of the garbage 4 years ago and it was out of its cabinet and rusty and wet just like that amp.
Fortunately is was sitting in such a way that rain could not get into its PT and OT.
I sat it in my electric oven set for 120 F ( proven out by my thermal gun) for 3 hours then I sprayed the inside down with flux remover , cleaned & lubed up the pots and tube sockets and stuffed good tubes in and it works perfect!
Mine was free, the price for this is beyond insane and to be purly chuckled at!!
