Re-routed the preamp wires, much cleaner build now, I could still do more.
Moved all preamp wires away from AC heaters, as much as possible without rewiring them.
Amp has a touch less hum and a touch less hiss, very quiet, very happy with the tone now.
I changed the power string dropper for the PI and Preamp tubes from 10k to 1.8k, more headroom 235 VDC on the preamp plates vs 170 VDC.
Reverb channel volume is definitely a different taper pot then the normal channel and distortion comes on earlier, but it is not as bad as it was before cleaning the amp up. Something happened for the better.
Overall I call it a success.
Thanks to the help of the forum members, I learned a lot and the amp sounds much better now.
