Tweed 5E3 After market transformers What are these?

PT: MA-SRD 40-17270 166-1029
OT: 40-17027 166-0817
both Made in USA and are in a 5E3 clone

Both were made by now defunct Magnetic Components as OEM pats, manufactured in 2010 and 2008 respectively.
