Does it have to be a complete kit or are you willing to say buy a chassis from one source, boards from another, etc. ?

I would be willing to source if I had a list of all items needed.

And the kids swear by these : http://marstran.com/ oh look they're having a sale. I'm a big fan of the MC transformers, and triode has a kit, which is also on sale http://store.triodestore.com/jtm45tubeampkit.html

+1 on Valvestorm

Note that Triode's chassis is steel, not aluminum as standard for the JTM45.

You can also buy chassis and transformers from MetroAmp:

I built a JTM45 with the Marstran Radio-Spares style OT and it sounded awesome. It also has a Marstran PT. I say "sounded", past-tense, because about 6 weeks after I sold it (needed the money for medical bills), the rectifier toasted and so did the OT. I'm not sure which one went first, but I replaced it with a Hammond JTM45 OT. It sounded good, but it was a little too clean. I had the Marstran wired up for 6.6k instead of the normal 7.6-8.0k and I also had it wired for 8-ohm speakers but didn't change the NFB setup at all. With Valve-Arts KT66 biased a little hot (80%), it sounded awesome.

I plan on building another one here really soon if I can raise the funds. Hearing it through either a 2x12 sealed cab with greenbacks or an EV SRO/12 open-back 1x12 was just awesome. Especially when the guitar was held by someone who could play better than me, which is just about anyone.

You should clean up the inside of that amp and shorten a bunch of those leads. I see some floating along the left side that looks pretty nasty and keep the V1 and V2 grid wires away from the heater wiring as possible, especially V2. It's all about noise.
Not to show off or anything but here's a picture of mine. Never mind the custom and exotic parts it's the wiring I want you to see.
