2203/2204 plate fed tone stack layout?

Is anyone willing to post some pics of a 2203/2204 that they converted from a cathode follower to a 4th gain stage with a plate fed tone stack? I'm not looking to copy anyone's design, I'm just curious how the components were laid out.

I think you could use any of the Splawn schematics to get an idea.

I was going to suggest the Splawn schematic also. I built one last year from that schematic and the plate fed tonestack definitely adds a ton of gain.
