Great build, Richie!

I'm interested in hearing about your rolling adventures as well.

Tube rolling, just going through some tubes I had. I have some Russian tube for the EL84s. And some RCA 7025 in V1, and RCA short plate in the second position, and V3. The V3 is perfectly matched exact on each triode.

I did couple things, very small changes. One is I used 40uf filter over the 80uf. mostly because if someone uses the more current made GZ34. Plus I think 40uf is fine. Although a nice GZ34 would be great to have.

Its also very quiet, till you hit a chord..:)
This amp sounds fantastic!!!

So Richie, you're saying that you used one 40uf instead of the usual two 40ufs in parallel?

Richie, it's really nice to see some of your work again. The number of builds these days seems to be down, maybe cold weather will get things cranked up. Is that an original Stancor output tranny or? looks like the real deal. Thanks for posting the photos.
