Expanding foam sprayed into plastic retail bags..

Place the bag, insert the tube and make your own compressed foam fillets. Careful not to shoot foam for more than a second. Many bags is better than trying to do it in 2. :) When you get the transformers tightened up you can cut holes in empty foam space for the tubes.

Uhh.. speakers. Ooof.

Yeah, shipping upside down is a good idea and, um, use washers when mounting stand-up transformers. Don't be one of those guys that relies on only dinky undersized screw heads to hold down a 12# transformer.
