its just cutting out sound its related to the inputs, and the pots im pretty sure

OK, you can start testing that without a schematic, feed a continuous tone at the input (maybe 1kHz at 100mV) and work all controls to check whether any is loose or cuts out.
Also check that said tone reaches the preamp output jack and also that said tone injected straight in the power amp in does not cut off.
IF it's strictly jack and pot problem, you may repair it without schematic.

Now if it has other problems (It may well have), then you do need the schematic.

Just curious, did you contact Crate?
They might send you a copy.

If the amp has a effects loop in and out jacks then pump signal into the return jack and if the audio does not cut out then you know the driver and output stage are solid!
Also if it's the type of amp that has its input jacks soldered to the circuit board then many times those connectons are busted and need to be re soldered, and or jumper wire wires soldered on to re- bridge the connections to the foil traces!

Thanks guy, were going ro replace jacks and refresh all the pot soilder joints, I wanted to change the input and get the connections off the board but owner doest, anything else I could can do to basicl service to this amp lete know he wants to use it to play put next winter its does sound good and is of reasonable wieght to lug around a
