The Moose iron had greenish-black bell covers and I had a couple of sets. The set from the eBay ad does not look like those.
As far as Pacific goes, their bells are always black and typically they have a stenciled code stamped on them, not a sticky label on the plate edges.
So, I think these are definitely Heyboer. but not Moose versions. And RJ may have liked how those sounded but I didn't and purchased a Pacific from him to replace it.

I think these are probably some of the earliest versions and you are correct, they are not Moose's part numbers but oddly they are Pacific Part numbers.
That green stuff is varnish and there is some guy over there at Heyboer that seems to think his job is to slosh it all over the outside of everything until they kinda take on this subtle green hue.
The earlier part number from Moose was said to be a bit more harsh so he worked with Phil to develop the "Vintage series" which was said to have a smoother sound to them (more like a Pacific). I don't think these are the vintage units but they are probably what is in a huge number of those early clone amps... some rumored to sound better than the real thing??
I'll mention it again - if we were to call in the expertise of Rob Hinson he could tell us precisely what these are. He worked with Heyboer in the early TW cloner days to create Wreck tranny sets. These are likely some of his work.
