Circuit board layout pdf

Post by mlp-mx6 »

I don't know if this has been provided yet or not, but here is my approximation of a circuit board (not the power board) for an ODS. It includes a flipped board if you happen to have a chassis designed for tubes-up installation.

The black dots are where the eyelets go. The other holes are described in the doc. The blue grid lines are on 1/4" spacing.

It may not be *exactly* correct, but it is very close. Enjoy!

Is it HRM on the board, or non?

No HRM. This emulates/approximates the Dumble board.

I may do another board that squeezes the HRM into the same board size - but it will tighten up a lot of things.

I think the crammed in HRM is what people want. The Xicon MPPs are small compared to the HAD approved 6PS or PVC orange drops.

For this size board you're better off putting the HRM on the daughter board.

When I printed it out at 100% it seems to be smaller than it should be.
I chose no scaling.

Do you know what the length and width is supposed to be on these?

It is supposed to be 8" by 2.75". Each blue grid line is 1/8".

Oh ok, yes that is what it printed out to be, I just thought it looked kind of small.

Which circuit did you base these off of?

This is supposed to be the "standard" ODS layout - it closely mimics the board I received from Brandon when I ordered the Funk chassis.

Thanks for that.

Is there some problem with scale on the layout I posted? I got it as close as I could to match the board I have in hand.

I have a question on your layout you say the green holes are 1/4".
I don't see any green holes.
Also the corner holes will not leave much material around the hole.

Hey Tom,

I just opened the file and there are 2 green holes in each pattern. Please double-check.

You can move the corner holes in as much as you like.

Sheesh!

My eyes must be going.

But in my defense they are very faint on my monitor.
Thanx
