who made the original ampeg pts in the 1960s?

Ive got a ampeg rr2 from 66 the pt and ot will work in a fender 5e3 circuit that im gonna build from spare parts.the power tubes are 6v6s and the worked well with this tranny.iIm just trying to figure out what ss bridge rectifier i shuold use . the amp ps uses a 3 amp fuse.I mthinking of using a 8amp br module.Any idesa.? Thanks

If you want a solid state rectifier, your garden variety 1N4007 either as a FW or FWB configuration should do very nicely. The FW requires two of them and the FWB needs four of them. At about 10 cents each, why are you looking at modules?
