Ecl82 PP

Post by Thomas_H »

Hi guys,
Your builds helped me a lot with mine. It's not my first tube amp, but I think it's the first worth posting here haha.
I just finished an ECl82 PP amp, with a plexi/jcm switchable preamp.
In fact it's a JTM preamp but i switch the first triode in parallel/series with the second.
The power stage is known as IALL10.5.
I'm very impressed with the sound, the "plexi" mod is really nice!
A friend made me a 1974 cab, take a look:

Although it only has 10W, it's way over a bedroom amp.

Cheers,
Thomas
