I just set it a hair shallow and finish the job by hand. No need to risk a router gouge on a nearly completed cab....5/8 is plenty stout, also let's the box add a little character to the sound. The 13 ply puts more focus on the speakers tone IMO...

I'm building a Straight 412 and cant seem to find any plans or schematics for the Vintage Style or any style for that matter. My box is 29.75 x 29.25 wide & 14" deep.. I've got the baffle cut down to size and just need to layout the holes. Any help is Greatly appreciated. Cheers TF.
