I use threaded inserts on the back side of the baffle to hold 8-32 studs in place. No waiting :D

I always go with a trucking company if I can. They'll palletize it, stretch wrap it, laying down, top-load only, etc.; I've never had one damaged that way. The only down side is that they have to deliver to a commercial location, but the buyer can usually have it dropped at a local packing store for...
