They have been served with a CnD and have chosen to ignore it. They're only digging themselves into a deeper legal hole.

Interestingly enough, when Drew approached them at NAMM, they quickly put the Dumble one away and took this one out.

As far as Reverb goes, not sure, but perhaps the estate has not yet approached Reverb about taking them down and stopping their sales.

These guys were at the NAMM show and were approached by Drew on behalf of the estate. They are well aware.
It will be interesting to see how this shakes out.

Take at look at Ampeg and/or Gibson-Maestro, both of whom drove reverb pan inputs with speaker outputs. I think the Super-Echo-Twin amp did this.
