When i moved the wire the sound increase to it's normal level, instead of beeing very weak and buzzy . The first time i played withe the amp, i was amazed by how hot the tubes gets, i could smell it from a distance so maybe they were redplating, ...???

Yes that's what i think, it might be broken because of the Sharp turn and the vibration

My power tube are new and i tried a pair of new JJ EL34 and the problem was still there

Hi Martin, yes it's quite unclear for me... but cutting a little bit of this wire in order not to have a sharp turn seems to solve the problem . My tubes are the Mullard EL 34 reissue, biased at 34 ma and 36 ma .
