Program note!!

Hi All, My good buddy the Groovedawg at Grooveyard records is doing a "Live " in studio appearance at a local radio station...here in Rochester tonight from 9:00 to 11:00...here's the info search 89.7 WITR FM and tune into the live stream!!! Check it out!!! there playing 2 tunes each off the labels ...

I thought I read somewhere he changed the speakers out in those fenders to eminence tonespoters???

8 years for a repair :shock: :shock:
even if he made all the parts by hand it wouldn't take that long!!!!

To true....he was playing hot rod deville's :shock:
I would have liked to have seen him in Burning water!!!
I have some video from them in NYC....pretty poor quality
but he can play!!!

Steve uses a very weird setup. He takes his old De Armond single ended 6v6 amp and taps off of the speaker + & - connections and runs it threw the power amp of the Dumble. One of those box's runs between them and has a pot and resistor to drop the speaker + & - level down to instrument level. The o...

Hi All, Here's something a thought of The day I met Steve, he let me look over the 100 watt HRM pretty good. There was an external effects loop mounted on the bottom of that amp. Well,
Short of pictures, how close is it to #124 is what I would like to know....I mean....it's probably different from say #40...........I got a better look at the later amp he had....(#144???)....

Chris, IM just starting with the dumble amps. IM working on a # 40, and a #124 after that a HRM. one thing I can say after all the bugs are fixed voltages are stable then the fun starts I have never used a tube made after 1980, I get out my tube tester and match all the tubes for starters.
