Re: AB763 Switchable Mid Cap question
I don’t like to leave caps unconnected at one end, so I usually add a big value resistor to connect them to something. In this case, across the switch. 1-2 Meg should do the job. Probably not a big deal in a relatively low gain amp though. You could try without a resistor first, and add it if noise ...

Re: 10 watt Fender Deluxe
You can use the bias circuit from the Princeton Reverb. Just omit the tremolo and intensity pot. You may have to adjust the value of the resistor to ground to set the appropriate bias voltage.
Or, google for some Princeton mods for adjustable bias.

Re: 10 watt Fender Deluxe
Thank you very much.i could use the princeton power transformer, i just don t know if it will be enough to drive two separate channels and a ltp. The Princeton reverb has 4 preamp tubes, with one being the reverb driver (a small poweramp, using significantly more current than a regular gain stage)....

Re: One cathode follower, 2 tone stacks
The Marshall JVM 410 and 210 amps run two tone stacks off of one cathode follower with no isolation. There is a 39k resistor between each treble wiper and volume pot, but I think that's to isolate the channel mute relay from the other channels, in case both volume and treble is at max. I've only pla...
