Re: Deluxe Reverb power transformer change?
I have a 66 deluxe reverb which is much happier when run around 110vac input from a variac. For me that brought the heaters down to 6.3 from close to 7v, and my plate voltage at the tube to 410v when biased at 60% I would clip your dmm on the heater supply and dial down the variac until you get 6.3....

Re: Bass amp ideas, Odyssey, Winterland etc.
I TOO am planning a 4x 6L6GC bass amp build with some salvaged Peavey iron. Did you find a full schematic of the reissue V4B? Re: radiowatt marshall lite
Cool build Mark! You could maybe get two 5" or 6" speakers in that oval opening on a baffle. The oval speakers I've tried were fairly wimpy with their limited cone excursion and thin paper, but they make fairly decent round speakers in that size for different applications. You could put a switch on ...

Re: Greg D Clark Debacle (Who Else Is Out Money?)
Wow I should count myself lucky, the goods I received from Greg were only damaged, incomplete and 5 months late! I had no idea that all the rest of this was going on and I regret now not speaking up when I saw him posting other items for sale (I still had hopes of receiving the rest of my package at...
