Great unique tone! Really liked it alot.

The playing fit the tone very nicely---dramatic.

Scumnico sounds great with my Redplate (non-HRM). Not harsh at all, but lively.

No, the cab sounds great in all respects except mine emphasizes certain frequencies (see 2nd post in thread).

Yes, we actually moved in May. Different rooms, different houses, same resonance.

Yes, I've changed all variables. Happens with Tele, LP, 18 watt, and Red Plate.

I think those Hermida cabs are actually tuned incorrectly. I had a 1x12 front-ported, and the C and C# notes played on the A string of my guitars were about twice as loud and boomy as the notes surrounding them. I spoke too soon. Changing the power tubes merely moved the note where the problem occurs one fret up the neck.
