Yeah we did try 47pf. but strangely enough that seemed to have no impact at all. That was before Erwin changed the pre-amp though.

Saw him play live in the Netherlands a couple of weeks ago. He is GREAT. Was playing through a couple of stock Fender amps (rentals).

I wonder why people don't put the bright cap on a push pull. Best of both worlds.

I think so. I spoke to him in Holland when he was about to travel to the USA to do a tour and pick up his Bludo.
Nice guy. Great sound. Mind you he sounded pretty good through his Dr Z. Had an old Superreverb with him as well I think.
