He signed some albums my wife had from her fathers collection. Great down to earth guy.
Had a great band with a smokin young guitarist.
Roy was no slouch even though you could tell his health was deteriorating.

Heavier than a 1x12 combo I have in a plywood marshall style cab by a good 15-20 lbs
may be switching out the Emi EM12 its 16.5 lbs. Time will tell

I dig the leather corner look on the wood too, we'll see how they hold up
Loop grounds had to be moved around a little but was fairly quiet out of the box.
Will try to get clips soon, like to break amp/speaker in and roll some tubes.

Mag Comp Marshall iron. Taylor from AN 4 pre hole silver chassis 8) Voltages 480V plates EL34's.....might look at dropping that some, 198V on V1. Used 2 2x50 cans for PA So no parallel 220 cans, not much but a little less. They measured 92uf instead of original 110 and 22uf for pre amp which fit inside turret b...

Hiwatt SA210 modeled after the Audio Brothers reissues of the 90's.

Had the parts on hand
18 watt PT 290v
6K6 OT
JJ 6V6 powered using a choke, elevated heaters(SLO style), less filtering
Loud small tube amp. Biased fairly hot.
Really nice cleans and has some nice crunchy OD.
Takes pedals really well.
Probably going in a head cab.

Thanks Guys Only been using a strat with single EV 12L in a ported cab but really like the tones from this circuit. Amp sounds as good as she looks IMO. The internal loop with switchable bright caps on both send and return pots really adds versatility with FX units and volume. D Beautiful cab, like ...
