I will endorse that.

This reflects my experience since Saturday when I scrubbed TAG cookies etc from each browser on all devices --- FWIW.

Yea --

For the past two days I've had no issues, including using "unread" quick link bookmark. Safari and Brave on Mac and iOS.

Re: Trouble getting into the forum

Hmm -- Busy with attentions elsewhere. That said, when I do check in it's common to get clean few page loads, and then a 400 or 500 level error. And then back to clean pages. Rinse and repeat. Seems arbitrary, perhaps load dynamics related. This feels like defects we'd call a Heisen-bug (vs a Bohr-b...

Re: Trouble getting into the forum

I too have had problems. Flushing cookies helped briefly. Not a cure. Hopefully one of the admins can fix it and restore all to normal, whatever that is.

Material improvement :: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mu-metal.

Not cheap, though quite effective in my limited experience.

Really? The finer medical surgeons I know readily willingly seek second opinions from their peers. And what precisely would you categorize as a "basic question" on topics discussed within this forum?

Re: multitap OT for SUper Reverb ?

Is there any reason I would want to go elsewhere ? Like Heyboer or some other ? Hammond makes good quality trannies no ? And if Hammond, any advantage of going trough Mojotone rather than directly from Hammond ? Hammond makes excellent transformers, including Fender reproduction power and output. ..

Re: multitap OT for SUper Reverb ?

Hello -- If you dig into the transformer page at https://www.A1Parts.CA you'll find almost the entire Hammond line of tube parts including guitar amp reproductions. They make a Fender replica 50W 4k->2/4/8 Ohm that fits a Super. Their website truly feels C. 1994. However, I've found pricing (i.e., 2...

Hello -- I have goal, once my amp workshop gets unpacked and I can finish in-progress builds, to source at least a few finished cabinets from Derrick Bell, aka "Veteran Amp Cabinets". His workshop is near Trenton and has been creating amp cabinets for several years, including production for Trinity ...

Hello -- In their opening era G&L made some amplifiers and other gear. Not many. Some quite similar in packaging style to MusicMan. Speculating this amplifier was a built using one those as the donor. Look out for an example with that style of knob. Given production numbers likely to be a deep searc...

Hello -- I think I'm going to push the button :-) There are issues with the grounding. A few are a bit shocking in both senses of the word. Sadly I'm less than shocked. The "A/C service" ground along wth all the others that are currently tied to power transformer bolt points should be relocated to p...
