It sounded like you hit a harmonic or the amp was starting to bloom into feedback (what dumble players love) I listened again and after that single note harmonic is what sounds like several strings being struck which ring out with a chime like quality. IMHO it sounds EXACTLY like you are paying a string harmonic and nothing else.
