If you are moving the FET board to the back of the chassis, you may want to run shielded wire for the input and output connections to the FET jack.

This is a really cool project! Might be an interesting use case to box one of these up with a dumbleator. Then you would have a plug and play EQ with many amps.

A good habit is to test everything as you're placing the component.
If you will build a lot, investing in an LCR meter can make the process easy (mine).

Are you using a guitar patch cable for the speaker load? You can damage your amp doing that. You really need a speaker cable.
