No problem Tom. I have so many posted. Some which really suck, and some that are pretty good. You just have to sort through them all. I tried to do many different styles and use many different settings.

No offense Tag, because I know #183 is a very good and capable amp, but you always had a lot of reverb (too much IMHO) on it which takes away from it, plus the recordings were never that great as Scott has mentioned. but for me, it always thins and compresses the tone. Tag If you run the master on the amp up say around 7 this should drive the buffer/cathode follower into generating some nice fat 2nd order harmonics, thickening the tone along with the compression thang!! This is how it should work..IMO The d-lat...

That is what a lot of people don't understand, that the Dumbleator is pretty essential to get the tone. It allows you to put the gain and master controls where they need to be. Anyone know how similar they sound in person? I have never played any Demeter amp. Landreth sounds KILLER here, and it has a very similar tone to his Dumble.
