Whats up with the brown Mallory PVC caps? are they different than the orange PVC?

They were brown before they were orange. same cap material slighty different dip finish shape. Tonally pretty much identical

Are you guys referring to the old Mallory brown dips? or the newer issue? (or both). I recall reading some discussion about the DMT series being the replacement for the the long out of production PVCs.

No they are not the DMT..... You can't seem to find Mallory PVC any more. If I do what is a fair price for .022 and .1 ? Does anyone know where?
