Traditional TW is cherry but people like curly maple.
Signatures have a 255 character limit that I could abuse, but I am not Cecil B. DeMille.

I wish I could see the picture you posted.
I met a TW cab builder in FL who was moving his shop and lost track of him, but he had a website of some of the most impressive looking Wreck wood cabs I've ever seen. I'd agree with Reel, it looks like the ubiquitous TW wood cab is a cherry cab. See what Google tells you, I don't personally know who to go to now.
Just plug it in, man.

I didn't post a picture. It was just the "huh?" emoji. I wasn't sure what you meant by stable.ViperDoc wrote: ↑Sun Jan 15, 2023 6:09 amI wish I could see the picture you posted.

I tried Oak. but it is too heavy for easily grabbing the amp. and the weight is a problem were the amp to fall over.

No worries, I was making a smart assed remark that the wood needs to not bend after you glue it up, like the wood needs to be well-dried. Stable. Those wood cabs do look fine. I like the original wood-burned faceplate graphics. With today's laser technology, you could take that to a whole new level.Ledvedder5150 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 15, 2023 7:12 am
