Modifications for 6550s

Post by RockNRollDr »

What modifications would I have to make to run 6550s in my Express? Will the standard Tone Slut Express OT handle them?

Thank You

Stretch the chassis for more room between tubes.

Yes they do, but buy the red one, the green one will ruin your tone forever!

Forget Wal Mart - you need a good, old fashioned, American made NOS chassis stretcher to achieve the ultimate tone. Union made, if possible. It'll be 3x the price, but it's well worth it!

(sorry - I couldn't resist, either. It's been a long day)
