The standard 2 layer boards are $5 per square inch, double for faster service. It usually takes them around 2-3 weeks, sometimes less. I don't remember what the cost of other options are but it's listed on the site. I've only done small runs of pedals and little accessary boards for amps so my stuff is rarely more than $5-10 per board. I believe they have volume discounts but i've never needed enough at one time to go that route.

Edit: looked it up, $1 per square inch if you fill 100+ square inches, and you can use multiple board designs to fill it if they are in multiples of 10

Oh wow thank you so much!! This is great info! I'm feeling very optimistic! I am close to needing a few designs put to PCB so I'll definitely be prioritizing OSHPark

Yup just tried to place an order and I was successful all the way to making a payment. Now I'll really have to try harder for a new PCB manufacturer. I'm still able to make new PCB designs via EasyEDA (phew) so that's somewhat good.

Huh. I just placed a couple orders for PCBs from JLPCB, with no issues. However, placing a sheet metal order was troublesome...I had to log in at exactly 8AM PT and get my order in. Their sheet metal fab queue fills quickly, and then they simply refuse to accept new orders until the next day! Ridiculous.

yeah there are a bunch of people online that had the same thing happen as me. I just build guitar pedals and amps so I'm not sure what compliance I failed to meet? Well.. anyway.. I just placed an order with their biggest competitor, PCBWay, so hoping it is "better". I checked OSHPark but it was insanely high for these simple boards.

Selfish plug If anyone here wants to use my referral code when signing up with PCBWay, it'd be greatly appreciated!! haha https://pcbway.com/g/hkum3G

Im a fan of oshpark and have shifted to only using them. When you consider it's USA fabbed PCBs with ENIG plating its actually pretty reasonable prices. Just not as bonkers cheap as PCBway HASL.

Have any of you that have placed an order recently from PCBWay or JLCPCB to the USA had to pay a tariff for the minimum order?

I haven't ordered any pcbs since all of that started and am curious what what to expect in tariffs for a set of 5 boards.

Yes, steep tariffs. Though at JLCPCB my first order was only $2 for five boards, and the tariff was $0.48, shipping $25 ish. However my orders for sheet metal chassis, the tariff was much more.
