I do, but they are not "available". I'd be amazed if you found them on the web. Anyone who has gone to the trouble of generating gerbers for a Klon are making the PCBs for profit. Do you need a certain number of boards? Maybe I can help.

Yeah I thought I'd order some PCBs for friends and bandmembers. We're hesitant to pay these prices for a few small PCBs.
They sell for 40€ and more here in Germany.

These guys sell Klone PCB's, $12.50 each here in US, and will ship international. Project name is Refractor. I have no affiliation, and there may be others with similar offers.

It is really worth it to fab your own pedal, paying for a PCB, parts, and shipping when you can buy completed units off the shelf for $50-$70?
The Klon circuit has been so extensively copied and reproduced that every major manufacturer has rolled out Klon clone pedal and every guitar hobby PCB house has rolled out boards. They started out being pretty expensive boutique clones, but the pedal has been so aggressively attacked by cloners that the manufactured pedals are getting really cheap -- the market is so heavily populated with Klon clones that I found it hard to consider it worthy of my time to buy a PCB and build a pedal.
Why? Today you can buy a used Soul Food for $50. It's a pretty good sounding copy, and when I can buy one for $50 it's not worth my time to build one. Then there's the brand new Behringer Centaur for all of $69. It sounds good and it looks like a perfect copy of the gold Klon.
Personally I don't think it's worth my time to build a stompbox clone when I can buy a professionally manufactured unit for $50-$70. Personally, I'd rather spend my time building an amp that would cost several thousand to buy, rather than spending my time on a stompbox when they're relatively cheap. YMMV.

You can also look into thetonegeek's klon centaur boards. He has a board sized for a 125B enclosure and a board that is full size to drop into a big centaur enclosure.
Not affiliated, but I have bought and built two 125B centaur pedals.
