1. Send the files to different metal factory for a estimate on 3mm alu, cutting, putting, welding. 10 chassis do usually have a good price point compared to 1 chassis.
2. Contact several printer to do silkscreen print for labeling the front and back, ask for a estimate.
For both options ask the shops what happens when something goes wrong especially on the silkscreen part.
