When you guys make these cabs, do you make the frame work first then attach the sides, top and bottom to it?
I'm trying to understand the construction sequence.

That's what I do, and I use a lot of glue, and screws, installing the outer panels to the frame.
I'm not sure that the frame serves any function other than something to screw the panels to. I recently got a biscuit cutter machine, and I'm gonna build a 410 Marshal style cab with it, and do away with a lot of the bracing.

I made the cab bottom up, first the bottom then the frame, glued the top and then the sides. That way it's easier to re-adjust the frame for square and trim the sides with a router if they overlap.
