My guess, yes. The chassis looks to be a standard issue "CE". The main board appears to be a PCB, but it could be an eyelet board with solder mask:

Err... check this quote out from their page.
Thousands of hours of trial on hundreds of variations of the basic architecture have gone into the component selection for our amps. Players at every level from local bar-bands to world renowned professional players and many in between have all been involved in the creation of the Double Trouble tone.
Me thinks the thousands of hours of research and player involvement has been here! Political double speak IMO. Not wrong, but I don't think they get the credit as they claim.

The pic shows a 33K grid on V1A. I bet they are using the RF values posted here....

Sure does look like a CE chassis.

I've lived here for 28 years and I've never heard of this fellow. I have known Manny, who did many of the clips, for some years now. Manny has played my Glaswerks SODII and several Krinard one-offs I've had here.

It will be interesting to see how long Bill offers diamond grill cloth.

I also wonder about the Double Trouble name.

Pretty Limited offering compared to the other folks.

The Youtube clip of Gary Phil isn't doing that amp any favors...Or vice versa.
Does your mother know you talk that way??

I hate to admit it, but I agree. I listened to some of it, but did not even finish it. Nothing compelling there for me. (It is not my intent to bash anyone or anything here.)

Yeah for a demo of a D style amp, the SVR type playing where you do a lot of strumming, is a bit too much.
You can't really hear the articulation or dynamics that these amps are famous for.

I would rather hear mindless jazz noodling on a ODS, Clean and OD to demo it's capabilities.

I think the clips are OK. I've definitely heard a lot worse. Too bad this guy doesn't play guitar. You could make millions from the product demos.
