I bought it paid for it as per ebay rules right away then got email
stating he had problems with his paypal account. Wanted me to then also bank wire him.

Uh no.. So I contacted some people and found out within hours it was bogus.
So paypal and ebay helped me freeze the guys accounts at paypal ebay and his bank so if he does not respond and he wont ill be paid in 10 days regardless.

Meanwhile he is being investigated hard tonight as are some others who like to take peoples money and steal.

You can surmise who that might be 3 guesses.

I got into the auction at last hours and emailed for better photos he assured me it was real ect ect.

even as far up as Buffalo Im told.

Ratfish steal and make profit off others backs and Ratfish are the worst kind of vermin to deal with.

Being on this forum with the amount of info and intel available it's hard to plead ignorant, there's a thin line between highly enthusiast and just plain gullible.

The scammers ability often gets too much credit; greed and the thought of one obtaining something for nothing often is the best aid that scammers have to make these things successful.

Amps are one thing cabs are another.
As usual you are not paying for the cab,your paying for the name!!

It's far easier to forge a speaker cabinet than an amplifier..Documents can be forged and those EV''s can easily be found..So unless you get it from a trustworthy person or have Dumble himself verify the item your taking a big chance with all those cabs!!

The seller has 2 other auctions still going, the Patek Phillip clock and a Martin guitar. Both only have one picture and have multiple bids. No doubt those items don't exist either. 2 more people will be disappointed.

I got into the auction late did not recognize the cab or pics I did not see the cab for 8200 It was gone pretty fast so no I did not think it was a scam
just thought it was a no reserve auction.

Someone asked who bought this I did and as far as airing out anything
I was ripped off by a MOD here and one would think there would be some compassion for that but instead you shoot the messenger.

I am filling law suits..I was taken for a lot of money from a Moderator that worked here.

I was taken for a ride by several members here and the truth does not sit well.

I see no other choice but to file.

Because the information taken from my computers from my house
belongs to me not this forum.

I was in contact with the seller the entire time and he raised hell when he found out the private pics he sent out were being posted for all to see here.

Someone else told him that I explained I was a member here and read to learn and see what is for sale currently.

I buy things instead of steal them though I dont need to steal anything and never have.

The person who posted pics of the bassman here from nashville lied to the seller he promised he would not share the pics anywhere and came right here and posted the pics.

The seller knows it the buyer surely knows it how ?
