Correct. Set that level then remeasure B+ and recalculate (B+ will drop a bit).

Yes, it dropped down to 451VDC

So that would mean 43.2 mA. You could tweak it up to there and call it good.

Readjust the PI trimmer only if you change the PI tube, and maybe the power tubes if there is a difference in matching. I would recheck the bias and the PI balance after a few hours of use since the tubes may drift some.
