I know this is 12 years after the comment, but for the sake of internet lore... I recognize those switches as the same ones I used way back in the late 70s on my first electric guitar. They are from Radio Shack and they came with these plastic caps that you could change out. Red, seasick green, white, and yellow. They had a tendency to stretch out of shape and fall off. Say what you will about the use of Radio Shack parts, but back in the day they made some really great stuff. Plus, I've heard that Dumble also used specific parts from there too, so it stands to reason that he would have picked up a few of those switches.

Guess this amp got a Skyline Update and an added Ratio control, maybe he changed out the Mini toggle when in for service/update? Hard to tell if HAD added the Extra Loop.... Its possible though, seems the orig owner had a consistent relationship with HAD so its possible (he past away and his widow had 2 ODS amps she was trying to sell for big $. Pretty sure the other was a 5th gen Blackface Skyline amp.
