I use this as staking tool,
A bitholder with a 1,5mm hexagonal bit in a drill press.

Very clever :)

I've ordered one of those cheap Ebay craft eyelets kit's. Should be fine for a small HRM board.

Now back to parts ordering. I realise most off the extras I bought for my 102 are actually of no use for a Bluesmaster as they're all different values.

Or make swedge tool for eyelets from old punch or bolt ground to taper fit the eyelet.
Brilliant, thanks Mark , I wasn't searching the right places.

Thanks again guys,

Love this forum :D

Your welcome.

I use tools from Watts audio but I make a lot of boards and knew you did not want to make investments if you were not going to produce a bunch of boards.

Brilliant!
I took an old center punch and ground the tip a bit flatter, but has a point.

Drill board, push in eyelets, tape over eyelets so they can't fall out, and swage the backside of the eyelets.
I use another punch or have even used a very small ball peen hammer to flatten the backside.
Sometimes I put the punch in my drill press and use it to flare the eyelets.

I think I'll see if I have a screwdriver tip similar to yours, that looks more better. :D

Don't let that smoke out!

If you are only going to make a few holes, no need to bother with a load of fancy stuff. Drill it, fill it turn it over and tap it - job done!
