ODS 124 - revisited for the 21C

Just a quick note here. I'm starting a new post 'SKYLINER build - inspired by ODS #124 and #060'.

The revisited for the 21C topic has now run its limit on the number of pages I figure and if this topic posed the question "What if...?" then the new topic will be focused on the build and final testing.
