Stereo D~lator

I would like to ask if anyone here can make a stereo D lator in single space rack ?

I have the rack its just like the one A.H.D used blue ears and black face
id like to be able to pair up amps which dont feature efx loops
with amps that do. I think if done right I could use two amps with D lators built in and two amps without them built in using the Stereo D lator.

Using one side to built in amp one side to amp without to the stereo rack unit one side or other.

Cheating another words.

I thought that it might get interesting pairing amps perhaps not heard together before in a stereo situation and this would be in a home studio situation.

What would it sound like to have SSS and ODSR cleans blended only SSS left ODSR right and if you hit crunch you hear it from those amps and lead as well...

Or a Phoenix with a Odsr or Hrm or any other circuit anybody else had that wanted to bring into the mix just to hear.

Anyway I would like to get this project done and quickly as possible
have the rack unit and some parts but need someone to do this and follow through on it.

If you can make one and can do it reasonable cost wise and time wise
I need one so I would like to see the funds go to someone here
that has made them before.

Id also not be beyond trying myself with help.
I just want to get one finished to run different combinations of amps.
