PAB

Post by R,i,c,k »

Hi, all-

Searched for Dumble PAB and search ignored PAB and searched for Dumble.

Searched for PAB and search wants four letter minimum.

So the question remains ... what might a PAB be?

Thanks, ric

Preamp boost. If the ground at the bottom of the tone stack is lifted, or not connected, there is a substantial boost of volume. You can see the switch on the schematics.

If you use the google search you can search for three letter words.

Yes the "Google Search" feature actually performs research on this site but using the advanced Google search engine. Highly recommended.

Good info but I really don’t follow. How do I use or get to the “advanced” search? Thanks

Just type your search words in the lower search box, where it says Google Search.

Another way to do it is to go to www.google.com and enter this:

I meant "advanced" in contrast with the "forum search" in the right upper corner, which performs poorly. Hope this is clear to you now.
