deluxe reverb output transformer
any info on how to wind this output transformer,number of turns,wire tickness,interleaving details?

The tweed Deluxe OT if I understand correctly was non interleaved, I always wondered whether the BF one was interleaved or just the same thing with end bells and a 6.6k primary.

No, once Fender switched over from Triad to Shumucher , no OTs where interleaved any longer.
The bigger tweed amps where the last to get such!
Can you get your hands on a good one in a amp to check?

My understanding is that the smaller OTs are non interleaved, primary then secondary. That covers the 2 hole fixing ones up to the 35 watt tremolux, vibrolux etc.
Then the larger, 4 hole fixing OTs have a basic (eg 7 section) degree of interleaving. I think that the secondary is usually in 4 equal sections.
I seem to remember reading an article by the Victoria guy regarding the above, and my further experience / reading has tended to confirm it.
So the DR OT is pretty low spec.

I had enough time yesterday to at least pump some voltage into my DRs OT and with 100 volts even in on the primary I go 31.25 out, so atleast the voltage ratio you now know is 3.25.
