Pot and jacks 3D models come from internet. I built the chassis in OnShape myself.
Hi there hello. Did you do the labels in Onshape too?

So far I have been successful in designing my own chassis in there, and even did the labels... But I can't seem to figure out a way to export my labels cleanly as a DXF file. Almost looks like I should do that part in a different software.

AI hasn't been much help... It keeps suggesting new ways but it never works.

The STEP file for the chassis itself works flawlessly

Artwork designed in Illustrator, exported as DXF after carefully editing to convert text to vectors and remove duplicate paths.

Do your labels as splits on the face of the chassis, then use the method in the last post here: https://forum.onshape.com/discussion/39 ... ace-as-dxf

You can also right click on any face of the part and select "Export as DXF" but that won't include any inner loops in the letters which is annoying.

It's a bit hacky but it works.
