Agree!! Obviously a technical problem, not one of customer service. We've been doing business for many years, no issues. Just great great US made speakers!

I bought 2 speakers awhile back,Best sounding 2X12 cab I own.I think you will be OK,Just call them,Good Luck.Mikey

Use a credit card I have never had a problem with them. I am not a fan of paypal anyway.

I like to drive down to their shop in Kokomo IN, wander around and fill up a bag with lots of parts, pay with a credit card. They are also responsive via phone orders.
