CNC cut for $15.00 for up to 9 cuts + board cost: no one else comes close.
i've purchased .190" and .125" G-10 from them. excellent customer service, workmanship, tolerances, and turnaround time.
added bonus of CNC cut material is that the cut edges require much less finishing work over saw cut material.
the down side is .250" kerf for CNC mill cut vs. .125" for typical saw blade kerf.
Extra wide board material.
