Ok, that looks good. You will get ~480VDC from a FWB with that input voltage. Still don't understand the low plate and screen voltages shown on the schematic.

You could easily see 3-5% variation in line voltage depending on time of day. Earlier you said 354, now 343.5. That's only 3%. With the current heat wave, you should expect lower line voltage during the day. With additional info from Martin, I can see where 3.2KΩ is reasonable for the OT primary.

If it were me, I’d feed 100 volts into the full primary and measure the output voltage from the speaker leads but that’s just the way I do it.
