I would normally agreed but I have a particular problem that the footswitch feature would resolve. I have a Divided by 13 FTR 37. The "Click" channel which is like a plexi sounds fantastic at about 1 o'clock however, I have problems with soundmen everytime I try it. I ended up using a THD to attenuate slightly. Now the problem is when I switch to the clean side its to low. If I could switch the attenuator in and out at will, problem solved and I could have the best of both worlds.selloutrr wrote:I guess i'm using the attenuators the wrong way... I've never been in a position where while I'm playing I've used an attenuator and then turned it off giving the amp full power. If I have a need to use a means of volume control it's for a reason so I'm sure not going to run the amp with it out of the circuit.

Thanks for the gut shot two tone. Do you happen to know the values for the rheostats?

Re: Jim Kelley Attenuator
i take that back, looks like this one has a line level out control as opposed to the treble boost of the Suhr ones
