Matt do you realize that you've been rude and abrasive to nearly everyone here? If you don't have anything nice to say...
Re: Push/Pull vs two tubes parallel (Single Ended)
If answering a question creates so much anguish for you just pass on the thread, no need to ruin it for those that don't mind helping out and those simply trying to learn.

Expert Jerk says it all - Let's move on unless you feel the need to impress yourself more?
Re: Push/Pull vs two tubes parallel (Single Ended)
You talk out of both sides of your mouth Matt - You yourself admitted you were rude to Pete then in the same breath insinuated it was only me - I'm certain your just never wrong correct? I wish they had pills for your problem but I fear not -

Threashe, that Steve Bench loadlines stuff is great, thanks!
Interesting that he concludes from loadline analysis that most class AB amps are more appropriately viewed as being class A.
As opposed (kind of) to Aiken's view that many amps regarded as class A are in reality class AB!
Here is some more by him http://diyaudioprojects.com/mirror/memb ... sbench101/
It's unfortunate that he seems to have kept a low profile (in this field at least) for a decade now.

After mulling this question over for a couple of days, here's my take on it. Criticism is welcome.

Re: Push/Pull vs two tubes parallel (Single Ended)
Hi
I'm kind of new to this forum.
Since this seems to be the right thread to ask for spoonfed information I was wondering if my amp works the same if it's upside down?
Please don't be harsh and abrasive if you reply
I'm much too lazy to read RDH3 & 4.
Take care....
John

Listen guys, I have done a substantial amount of reading prior to joining this forum - It's not as though I'm asking what a vacuum tube is - And still, I see allot of you still not agreeing on the answer to this complex question... Still not sure what's up with the attitudes.
