On the Mazerati GT picture layout V1 there is a resistor coming from pin7 to the volume control, however there is not one on the schematic. Any idea what value the resistor might be? Thanks

yeah i could not tell what it is , but if i had to guess maybe 1K5 or 220k/470k.

I did build this without that resistor and the amp sounded just like the demo on the website. I have had no problems with this amp. I think that resistor is there to prevent oscillation b/c the amp has so much gain.

I enabled cookies for that site and it still came up with the warning. :?

I noticed on the Carmen Ghia section had several different layouts with different names (Phoenix, etc) and nothing really labeled Carmen Ghia. Are these basically the same amp?

What transformers did you use on the build? Anybody try this with different power tubes?

Seeing as Cin-tran is no longer Cin-tran, and the trannies are no longer available, what would you use for a S*ray clone? There must be a prefectly good substitute (or better!) out there.....

well the stingray layouts came from me i bought that am made the layout . and i build the ray and ghia and both are great. i used were pt and ot's
