Speaking of iPhones ..... just this week cell service providers mandatorily remotely installed OS level applications to announce local and federal "alerts". You can turn off the alert announcements, but you cannot turn off the underlying application. Naturally, the real reason for the code is to track cell users.

And yes, John McCain is part of the problem, NOT part of any solution.

This is a good idea. It could be improved on by giving each of 'em a good stiff IQ test and adding that number prominently to their suit. Then you could tell in a glance just who exactly you are listening to.

The thing that really bugs me about congress is that they pass rules and laws for the common citizen but they don't seem to apply to themselves.

Like after they retire they get their full salary plus health care.
No, not Obamacare, personalized health care.

My father in law (84) is fond of saying, the lunatics are in charge of the asylum.
The surprising thing is that he was always a staunch democrat.
But I think that party has strayed very far from it's roots.

I am really disheartened by our government and how things are.

On a positive note, I was pleasantly surprised that most members here seem to lean towards conservative politics.
Usually people that artistic lean the other way.

I think I am more of a Libertarian than than anything if I was to label myself.
I'm just tire of our politicians not doing the bidding of their constituents.

A man has to stand for something, some principles. Never apologize for that. Never retract what you believe is the Truth.

The Democrat party has changed a LOT. I used to be a member of that party. They betrayed me. The Republicans betrayed me. They both betrayed the Constitution. For that they are traitors and deserve to be tried in a court of law for their treason. I doubt that will ever happen. The next best thing is to vote them out of office. And NEVER let any of them stay in office long enough to become entrenched. One term and out. And make them live by the same laws they enact of us little people, retroactively.
